Riverside is a duplex that can be used for a family, or locked for separate rentals, depending on your needs. One side has a bathroom, large living area, and kitchen with fireplace. The other side has a bathroom and bedroom, with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Fish right from the stream side chairs, or enjoy a barbecue dinner at your own picnic table.The South Platte River will sing you to sleep on either side. A short walk will take you to the lodge, recreation room, playground, campfire ring, or hiking trails. Prices vary depending on your specific needs. Please call for information.
